28255: Morse(ask) Energy in Haiti/Cost (fwd)

1) Does any one know if Haiti has the wind conditions to light up  a few
towns and

2) does anyone know the approximate costs of setting up these  projects.

I saw some windmills while on tour in the UK. Don't know the practicalities
of it, but wind sure sounds like it would be cheaper than oil. Imagine
invading  a country because of their wind recources!!
