Green a senior attorney with the Center for Constitutional Rights(CCR) spoke on the Wed July 11 edition of Flashpoints about the current chargesfacing former CIA asset and head death squad leader Emmanuel Constant.Constant who has been living in comfortable exile in the US was charged for hisinvolvement in a mortgage scam on Long Island.
