Dear all,

Please find attached the Daily Security Advisory for 10 April 2007.

 Please be informed that the road of Trou du nord has been opened. Also be
 informed that Bd. Toussaint Louverture and the Lower section of Rte de
 Delmas have been down-graded  from "Red" to "Yellow" Zone, however,
 traveling should only be done during the daylight hours: not during hours
 of darkness  Be also advised that the restrictions for Avenue Christophe
 have been lifted.
