13719: Arthur sends news on Petit-Goave demonstration (fwd)

From: Tttnhm@aol.com

Here are two photo captions accompanying AP photos published on 19 November.
The captions refer to a demonstration in Petit-Goave on 18 November 2002. I
wonder if this means that the OAS will come down hard on the Democratic
Convergence for obstructing compliance with resolution 822?

journalist Brignol Lindor and calling for the resignation of President
Jean-Bertrand Aristide, news reports said. (AP Photo/Daniel Morel)
